The note for QSL Direct. , QSL直送の注意事項

In Direct QSL envelope, I use on a Japanese-like stamp. That is cute-art or manga, also cool design as Japanese. It's an official stamp from the Japanese post office, approved by the Japanese government, so it's official as legal stamp.
This is a formal stamp that is neither a toy nor a play.
However that stamp price will not enough to cost for airmail in many case. so maybe will add standard one stamp.

ex: If the sale timing is right, you can buy it normally at a Japanese post office.　

特に海外の方に言いたいのですが、私は出来るだけ日本文化らしい切手を貼ってます。中にはアニメ風のものもありますが、これは公式な切手であり、おもちゃや悪戯ではありません。

1. I forgot to include SAE, due to no process note on your guide. But now I know that SAE is a common sense requirement.
2. I didn't know that I.R.C. wasn't available in your area. I think this is still serious. But, the solution is to send dollars to countries that are not sure.
3. I put in SAE, which was a Japanese standard. In many countries there is no problem as well, but in some countries there is a problem. When I sent it, I chose “Japanese style Western 3rd envelope” (in Japan, it is possible at the basic charge), so I used the same SAE. However, depending on the country, the envelope may be judged to be large. So, I'll change it to a Western 2 envelope.
