日本では、伝統文化のように紙のQSLカードを取引しています。そのスタイルは切手のコレクションと同じようで、思い出もあります。
結果として、QSLでは、多くの人が日本の紙のQSLカード交換を非常に重要視しています。
しかし、日本のある地域では、V/UバンドでQSLカードを交換する習慣がないようで、他へ引っ越した後、ある経験していると聞きました。また、紙に印刷するのが嫌いな人や、新参でなじみのない人などあります。また、日本のBUROはJARLの会員資格がないと使用できず、若者には年会費が高いという背景もあります。一部のHAMは、背後にある歴史をとっていて、自分自身のためにステップアップすることはありません。
背景はお分かりいただけましたでしょうか？
言い換えれば、問題は、一部のHAMが紙のQSLカードを執拗に欲しがっているということです。
では、あなたがそれを知らずにそのような人とQSOしたとしましょうか。
「QSLカードがない。」と言ったらどうなりますか？
最悪の場合、「ねえ、二度と電波を出さないで！！」と非難されます。
あなたがeQSLカードを持っていると彼に言ったとしても？ …結果は同じでしょう。
日本では、BUROが長い間完全に機能しており、個人情報を隠しながら紙のQSLカードを安全かつ安価（大量であれば安価）に取引することができます。温室のような環境がコレクターを生み出し、このような習慣が根付いていると思います。また、日本にはアマチュア無線家がたくさんいるので、日本だけで強いルールが作られています。
正直なところ、紙のQSLカードは悪くないと思います。
私も要らないと思いませんし、最終的なQSLの方法の一つとして確実なものですので必要と思います。
しかし、誰もがインターネットで世界にアクセスできるようになった今、世界は変化しています。 e-logやe-QSLカードも利用できます。
また、QSLの方法を自由に選択できるのですから、確認する方法はお互いの環境を考慮すべきだと思います。
その結果、誰でも紙のQSLカードを使用しないことを選択できると思いますよね？
さらに、紙のQSLカードがないという理由だけで「罵倒やバッシング」するのはHAMスピリッツではありません！
また、HAM QSOの記録では、QSL確認が重要だと思いますが、紙の取引を使用する必要はありません。
必要に応じて紙のQSLカードを転送します。
アマチュア無線家はQSLカードのコレクターではありません。
彼らがその本質と誇りを思い出してくれることを願っています。
In Japan, trading real paper QSL card like as traditional culture. That style is same as collection for stamp, also making memories too said. As result, in QSL, many people attach great importance to paper QSL card exchange in Japan.
But, I heard that in one region of Japan, there seems to be no culture of exchanging QSL cards in the V / U band, and after the person moved to other there, he happen receive such differentiation culture. Also, those who are reluctant to print on paper, those who are newbe and unfamiliar. In addition, BURO in Japan cannot be used without JARL membership, and the annual membership fee is high for young people. Some HAMs is as taking history of behind and not step up for self.

In other words, the problem is that some HAMs are relentlessly want paper QSL cards.
Now, let's say you QSO with such a person without knowing it.
“What happen if you said a No QSL card?” ??

Honesty, I think no bad a paper QSL card.
I don't say no need it. Also I think it is necessary because it is a reliable method as one of the final QSL methods.
However, now that anyone can access the world on the Internet, the world are changing. We also can use e-logs and e-QSL cards.
Besides, we have the freedom to choose QSL way and I think the way to confirm it should consider each other's environment.
As a result, anyone can choose not to use a paper QSL card, right?
In addition, Curse & Bashing just because compelled No paper QSL Card is No HAM spirits!
I also think QSL-confirm is important by HAM QSO recording thouogh, we have not to use paper trading.
So transfer a paper QSL card as needed.
Amateur radio op is not a collector of QSL cards.
I hope they will remember its essence and pride.
